Succession Planning- Building Trust and Developing Talent (the keys to long term success)

The term "Succession Planning" does not usually bring to mind positive thoughts to most supervisors and staff, and with good reason. Most succession planning efforts fall short of their goals or fail completely. Many of these failures can be traced back to poor planning and unrealistic expectations. This session will give some examples to simplify the process and focus on developing talent and skills that benefit the employee and the organization.
