Executive Office Staff

The Executive Office staff is available to answer any questions you have regarding ACUA, its committees, projects, mission and vision or upcoming conferences. Below is a description of each staff member's role on the ACUA team.

Executive Director

ACUA’s Executive Director is responsible for managing the affairs of the association including supervision of staff, financial and investment management (along with the Treasurer), maintain/enforce the Bylaws, goals, objectives and policies of the association and overall general management of the daily activities and administration. The Executive Director serves as staff liaison to the President and Board of Directors helping provide strategic guidance for the association as well as Board development.

Vice President of Public Affairs
Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor has joined the ACUA team as an additional leader to help expand the advocacy program. He brings over 30 years of public affairs and governmental relations. Michael is based out of DC and is an external relations expert with experience with higher education.
 

Kristin Miodonski

Association Manager

ACUA’s Association Manager assists the Executive Director with Board of Directors activities and is responsible for the oversight of projects and assists with general management of the daily activities and administration. Kristin is also the staff liaison to the College and University Auditor Journal and several of ACUA's committees and task forces.

Meetings Manager
Caitlin Condie

ACUA's Meetings Manager, Caitlin Condie, works directly with hotel sales staff to organize the logistical aspects of all ACUA's conventions, meetings and conferences. Her role of Meetings Manager also includes exhibit management, contracting with hotels, and site selection and on-site management for all ACUA meetings.


Membership Marketing Manager

ACUA's Membership Marketing Manager, Jordan Burghardt, will work with the Membership Committee to create a membership marketing campaign that will be implemented over the next few years.

Education Program Administrator

ACUA’s Program Administrator acts as staff liaison to all ACUA's Educational programs including the AuditCon, Audit Interactive and online education. She works directly with the committee chairs in planning all the educational aspects of the ACUA's offerings from speakers to continuing education.

ACUA's Association Coordinator, Tonya Cabrera, will assist all team members with every day administrative duties, including answering phone calls and e-mails from the membership.
