ACUA’s Mentorship Program is underway, connecting members across audit shops of all sizes for one-on-one support, guidance, and professional development.
While applications for this year’s program have officially closed, it’s not too late to get involved! If you’re interested in participating as a mentor or mentee, we encourage you to submit an application. We’ll do our best to connect interested participants based on mentor availability and appropriate matches.
The mission of ACUA’s Mentorship Program is to support individuals within audit functions by providing meaningful one-on-one guidance as they work to fulfill the mission of their own institution.

The mentorship program pairs mentors and mentees based upon information provided such as:
- Strengths and needs of applicants
- Time each applicant can devote to the activity
- Teaching, learning, and communication styles of applicants
- Background and skillsets
