ACUA’s mentorship program is well underway! While we began with an emphasis on smaller audit shops, the program has expanded to shops having larger staff.
The mission of ACUA’s mentorship program is to support individuals within audit functions by providing one on one input and guidance, while they strive to fulfill the mission of their own institution.
Applications to be a mentor or mentee are open June 1st-August 14th.

- Join us on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET
- Participants will be able to hear about the mentorship program and have the opportunity to hear directly from a successful Mentor/Mentee pair, who will share their experiences, insights, and how their relationship has helped shape their professional journeys.

The mentorship program pairs mentors and mentees based upon information provided such as:
- Strengths and needs of applicants
- Time each applicant can devote to the activity
- Teaching, learning, and communication styles of applicants
- Background and skillsets
