In this session, we will provide an overview of the “case for enterprise risk management in higher education”, and how risk programs are enabling institutions to be more risk-aware and make better risk-informed decisions. This will be done through a discussion of the drivers for risk management in higher education and key risk issues facing institutions today.

After attending this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Articulate the value of ERM programs and how they support risk-informed decision making.
  2. Identify the various phases of the ERM Lifecyle and the value derived from each phase.
  3. Evaluate various leading practices in establishing and/or maintaining ERM programs for use in their institution.
