Andre’ N. McMillan, CPA, MBA, MS

Andre’ N. McMillan is the Director of Internal Audit at the University of Delaware where he leads the Internal Audit team in providing risk-based assurance and consulting services.  Prior to joining the University of Delaware, Andre’ worked as a Grant Manager for the Reinvestment Fund, where he managed the Grants and Contracts function, including fiscal oversight, strategic planning, budgeting and financial projections and reporting.  Andre's 19 years of accounting experience includes four years in public accounting where he concentrated his efforts in Baker Tilly’s Senior Living Consulting and Accounting Practice.

Andre’ earned his Master of Science in Business Analytics and Information Management from the University of Delaware, and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University.  In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Radford University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Andre’ currently serves as a Board Liaison, Director of Connect ACUA, and participates in the ACUA mentoring program.  He has been active in volunteering in various capacities including proctoring, track coordinating, participating in Marketing Taskforce, and has presented at virtual webinars.  In addition to his professional experience, he has been volunteering for not-for-profit organizations for over 15 years.  Andre’ currently serves as the Treasurer and an Investment committee member for the Common Market’s Board, and he served on the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants Executive and Diversity committees.
