- Early Bird rates available January 2026 through February 13, 2026.
- $500 Group Discount available (for every 5th registration) – Members Only! The group discount only applies to ACUA members from the same institutional representative and cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. The rate is only available during the Early Bird discount period. To receive the group discount, register the first 4 members via the registration portal and email info@acua.org with the name and email address of the 5th member.
Need an invoice to pay for multiple registrants?
Reach out to the ACUA staff team at info@acua.org. Last day to request an invoice is March 20, 2026. Invoice payment must be received by March 20, 2026 to validate registration.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@acua.org. Substitutions are allowed at any time and must be submitted in writing and must be of the same membership status. Cancellations received on or before February 24, 2026 will be refunded less a $200 cancellation charge. Cancellations received after February 24, 2026, will be honored as a credit less $200 cancellation fee at a future conference within two years.

Continuing Professional Education Credits

Attendees are eligible for 18.0 CPE credits.
The Association of College & University Auditors is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits have been granted based on a 50-minute hour. National Registry CPE Sponsor ID Number # 168431 | TX Sponsor ID # 009303.
