I have had the pleasure of serving on committees, being a Board member to being ACUA president. Learning the mechanics of an International organization was a wonderful experience.”
Professional Background
“My career has been one of delightful moments, some not so. I have enjoyed being the Director of Internal Audit at the University of Southern Mississippi (my alma mater), and then at the Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning as CAE. Throughout my 38 years in the system and being an ACUA member I have met so many wonderful people and many of whom have become lifelong friends.”
Vijay believes he has been a member of ACUA since 1996.
Why retire? Plans for the future?
It was time for the beach. After retirement, Vijay plans to travel and enjoy time with his family.
