A New Membership Experience Is Coming in November!

ACUA is transitioning to a new membership management system to improve how members access their accounts, manage membership information, and renew their membership.

As we prepare for the November launch, please be aware of the following important updates.

Important Transition Dates

October 14, 2026: Member Accounts Enters Read-Only Mode

Members may continue to log in and view their existing account information, but updates to membership profiles and other account information will be temporarily unavailable during the transition. Please contact info@acua.org

November 2026: New Membership System Launches

Once the new system is available, members will receive an email with instructions for accessing their accounts and navigating the updated platform.

What This Means for Your Membership

Your existing membership information will be transferred to the new system. Once launched, you will be able to access your account, update your information, and complete your 2027 membership renewal through the new platform.
