Pittman is responsible for oversight of the internal audit and institutional compliance functions for the University of Alaska System. She graduated from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 2003 and is a CIA\, CISA\, and CFE. Pittman began working at the System Office of Audit and Compliance Services as an assistant auditor in 2003 and held the position of information systems auditor prior to becoming the Chief Audit Executive for Audit and Compliance Services in 2008.
