All display advertising must be prepaid.
Display advertising in the journal is available at the following sizes and rates.
All advertising is four color, no bleeds:
- Inside Front Cover (full page) $755
- Inside Back Cover (full page) $750
- Back Cover (three quarter page) $825
- Full Page $525
- Two Column (2/3 page) $475
- Half Page $425
- One Column (1/3 page) $375
- Quarter page $325
- Eight page $225
- Full Page Center Fold (one page) $550
- Full Page Back Page $650
Editorial page advertising placement is at the iscretion of the association).
Printing Specifications
- File formats include pdf for print (300 dpi) or PC compatible as a tif or eps file, 300dpi. Please send hard copy as well.
- No bleeds.
- Line screen can be 100-133.
- One color ads are black ink.
- Two-color ads are black and PMS 287 blue.

- Outside Back Cover 7 1/2” x 7 5/16” (horizontal)
- Half page 7” x 5" (horizontal)
- Half page 3 5/16” x 10” (vertical)
- Quarter page 3 5/16” x 5"
- Eighth page 3 5/16” x 2 1/2" (horizontal)
- Eighth page 2 2/16” x 5" (vertical)
