Membership Renewals and Changes

Membership Renewals

ACUA membership renewals will be based each year on the number of members listed at your institution at the time of renewal. ACUA will carry forward your current member list to determine your institution’s dues for the next calendar year. Each institution will reaffirm the number of members on the institutional membership on an annual basis. Renewal notices for the upcoming year are mailed each November and due by December 31.

To renew your ACUA membership, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login into the ACUA website with your INSTITUTION ID Number. The Institution ID number is different than your personal ID number and is located in the upper right-hand corner of your renewal notice. The default password is acua12 unless you have chosen to change it. If you need your Institution’s ID number, please contact the ACUA Executive Office at
  2. Once you are logged in, click on your Institutional Representative's Name on the left hand side of the screen under the SIGN IN/SIGN OUT button. This will take you to the Renewal Page.
  3. Click RENEW NOW on the bottom left side of the screen, then Billing
  4. From there, the system will guide you through the renewal process.

Membership Changes

To add or delete someone from your institutional membership, or to update member contact information, please download the ACUA Membership Changes Form and fax, email, or mail the completed form to the ACUA Executive Office. See the Contact Us page for ACUA Executive Office contact information.

Any changes, additions, or deletions to current members must be documented on the ACUA Membership Changes Form and sent to the ACUA Executive Office. If no changes are received, all individuals currently listed on the ACUA annual renewal notice you receive via mail will be included on the organization's member list and billed the next calendar year according to the ACUA membership dues structure.
